Saturday Puppy Classes

Puppy Socialisation Classes (Sat 9.00 to 10.00am) (Sun 9.30 to 10.30am subject to demand) For puppies that have completed their Inoculations (puppies over 10 weeks old) we are offering Puppy Socialisation Classes that will help you to overcome and understand the ups and downs of bringing up a puppy. The cost of this course (4 weekly sessions) is £32.00 and classes will cover all the points highlighted opposite. Puppy Foundation Course Kennel Club Scheme (Sat 10.30 to 11.30am) To follow up the Puppy Socialisation course we are offering a series of advanced Puppy classes (6 week course) which incorporates The Kennel Club Puppy Foundation Award Scheme. The aim is to train the puppy to a higher standard of obedience. Please note, however, that only those puppies which have completed the Puppy Socialisation course are eligible.

Graduation Course - leading to The Kennel Club Bronze Good Citizen Scheme (Sat 12 noon to 1pm) This course is open to any puppy that has gained the The Kennel Club Puppy Foundation Award. The aim of the course is to prepare the puppy for the Good Citizen's award, the course covers the following:-

Walk on the lead in a controlled manner Walk on lead through door / gate Controlled walk amongst dogs and people To "stay" one minute in the "sit" and the "down" Present for examination Return to owner or handler when called Responsibility and care
